Dr. Artal is the Medical Director of Tower Sleep Medicine (TSM), a full service sleep disorders center located in the Cedars-Sinai Medical Office Towers. TSM is accredited by the American Academy of Sleep Medicine, a selective and rigorous designation in excellence. Dr. Artal is board certified in sleep medicine by the American Board of Sleep Medicine, and specializes in the diagnosis and treatment of disorders of sleep, including obstructive sleep apnea, insomnia, and narcolepsy, to name just a few.
TSM is equipped with the most modern digital sleep diagnostic technology available, and strives to meet both the highest standards of patient comfort and diagnostic accuracy. Each of the private sleep diagnostic rooms is comfortably furnished, sound insulated and contains a flat screen television. In addition to the accredited sleep laboratory, TSM also offer home sleep testing to assess for sleep apnea.
In addition to the medical services offered through his practice, the clinic also offers extensive support to patients on treatment with CPAP or BIPAP. The office offers formal mask fittings, CPAP/BIPAP desensitization, and technical support and problem solving for patients who are using or have been prescribed PAP equipment. We have helped hundreds of patients transition from CPAP ambivalence or dislike, into successful happy nightly CPAP users.
